Dear Leonardo, your work with us was and is precious and pratically useful, mostly for me, not so skilled in ERASMUS+ designing. Thinking about other trainings done with you, i surely can say that you is grown a lot as trainer, more openminded and careful, and open to share your experiences (very important!). An example of how trainers and students can grow together, thank you again!
Dear Leonardo - Ken,I found your tranining proposal extremely useful and high quality. The contents were very precise, full of examples and details. The idea of working together on a real project idea made the whole process very practical. The slides are very clear and well done. The project examples and docs you gave us were very helpful, and so were the suggestions and feedbacks you gave us on our papers. Most of all, I very much appreciated you spent time and energies with great generosity in order to let us make the most put of the seminar. The only possible suggestion I could give would be to let us share a little time presenting our working backgounds (first or second day), so to make it possible to choose the project idea with more elementes, and aslo to know each other better for possible future collaborations.Thank you very much Leonardo for you professionalism and for you kindness!Irene
I really appreciated how you followed the groups during the training activities. In my opinion it was very important that you checked how the form was written. I suggest for the next time to insert in the slides more information on impact indicators and dissemination indicators. Thank you Leonardo!!! Cinzia Minuti from Unione Valdera
I really appreciated the practical suggestions on the best way to write a European project given by an experienced European project designer as Leonardo is. I liked that he gave these advices during the application process, so that they were immediately dropped into reality while working on a concrete Erasmus+ proposal and they did not remain something which is only theoretical. Thank you Leonardo!
I think you cover the most fields in the project design on the Erasmus+ programme. You gave very practical and important information on this topic. My suggestion is to include in several slides information for the KAs of the Programme (even the audiance is advanced). It was nice to meet you Leonardo!Stoyan from the NA BG
I appreciated the training skills: communication skills, relationship skills, permanent feedback to learners. But, especialy I appreciated the good knowledge of the ERASMUS + KA 2 project writing.
